Pope Francis presides over Holy Mass for migrants in St Peter's Basilica Vatican on July 8, 2019 marking the 6th anniversary of his visit to the Italian island of Lampedusa. Around 250 people attended the Pope's Mass, celebrated at the Altar of the Chair. Most of those present were migrants, refugees, and 'those who are dedicated to saving their lives'. The pope said ''hey are persons. These are not mere social or migrant issues. They are the symbol of all those rejected by today's globalized society'. Photo by ABACAPRESS.COM
