The original central gable was raised to accommodate a double height galleried entrance hall and the master bedroom suite in what was formerly loft space. The bedroom was designed to take advantage of the view - the bed placed centrally faces folding glass doors which open onto the balcony and a panoramic view of the countryside.? A new-build barn-like structure at the western end of the building replaced the garage and kitchen/utility areas.? It comprises an open plan 11.8m long kitchen, dining and informal living room where another set of glass doors fold back allowing easy access to the south-facing terrace.?Meticulous attention to detail paid to technical details are matched by decorative flair.?
